In the current context of urban development, where the demand for sustainable solutions is more crucial than ever, enter CUF Training - an initiative aimed at developing Urban agriculture in Northwest Europe.
What is CUF Training?
CUF Training stands for Circular Urban Farming, a program dedicated to empowering stakeholders in urban development with the knowledge and skills needed to embrace circular urban farms. With a focus on sustainability and resource efficiency, CUF Training seeks to redefine the way we approach food production in urban environments.
Key Objectives
The objectives of CUF Training are clear: to increase the circularity of urban farms linked to buildings, develop soil-less circular urban farms (including rooftop installations), and provide comprehensive training comprising online sessions and practical on-site training.
What Sets CUF Training Apart?
What sets CUF Training apart is its approach, combining online learning modules with hands-on training sessions conducted in four partner countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Germany. This blend ensures participants receive a good education combining both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. From organic farming to waste management and farm design, CUF Training covers a wide spectrum of sustainable agricultural practices.
