On February 15th, 2024, partners of the CUF Training Project convened for a meeting in Lille, France. 

Here’s a recap of the key highlights:

The morning started with the partners engaged in a series of discussions about the objectives of the project. 

Key agenda items included an review of training table questions led by Gally, discussions on circular content by Astredhor, and pedagogical development considerations led by IFSB. Additionally, stakeholders brainstormed ideas about the project's visual identity and logo under the guidance of the Communication team (Groupe One). Alexandre Colombani provided insights into communication strategies, to show the importance of maintaining a cohesive brand identity. Partners were briefed on the Interreg logo guidelines and encouraged to use the project's website for regular updates and communication efforts. 

CUF Meeting and Dinner Recap:

At 6:00 PM, the CUF team gathered for a meeting followed by dinner. The evening started with a debriefing session focused on insights gained from the earlier Interreg seminar. Partners engaged in discussions to ensure clarity on seminar topics and address any questions or uncertainties. 

One notable discussion point was led by Guillaume from IFSB, who provided valuable informations into effective online training methodologies. Meeting organization logistics were also addressed, with plans solidified for three upcoming gatherings. The first meeting is scheduled for the first week of July at IFSB, with flexibility to postpone to September if necessary. The second meeting is slated for December, with potential locations being Germany (Damendorf) or Marseille. Lastly, the final meeting is planned for May 25th, in Belgium or Paris being considered as potential venues.

Following this productive discussions, partners transitioned into the dinner. With this delightful ambiance, participants continued to exchange ideas and strengthen partnerships, solidifying the collective commitment to advancing the goals of the CUF project.
